The Maine People's Resource Center (MPRC) is a 501(c)3 sister organization of the Maine People's Alliance. MPRC teaches citizens the skills to participate in the decision-making processes that affect their daily lives. MPRC is widely recognized for its effectiveness in engaging citizens in organizing for social change, many of whom have never been involved in a community concern or the political process.

MPRC staff participate in Alliance Organizing, Policy, Communications and Fundraising teams. Drawing on its vast network of supporters throughout the state, MPRC has gathered almost 16,000 signatures of citizens calling for a comprehensive chemicals policy in Maine.
